I was in court last week and listened to a closing argument while waiting for case of mine to be called for conference. After 10 minutes of listening to the defense attorney, I couldn’t figure out what he was talking about. When I went into the hall to speak to my adversary, I asked him what he thought of the defense attorney’s closing argument. He said the same thing I did.
I also had a chance to listen to the plaintiff’s closing argument as well. His remarks were just as bad as the defense attorney’s. Watch the video to learn who won the case.
